MAKE-A-MOLA: FILLERS
A good Mola has a balanced design where all the space is utilized. Fillers on a Mola are shapes used to fill blank spaces around a Primary or Secondary design. They should compliment the design and not distract. The Kuna artists have used a variety of shapes to achieve good design. The following are fillers most often used.
